அன்புத் தோழர்களுக்கு இனிய வணக்கம். 

கடந்த 22.08.2014 முதல் 24.08.2014 வரை ஆந்திர மாநிலம்  ஓங்கோல் நகரில்  நமது அகில இந்திய அஞ்சல் மூன்று சங்கத்தின் மத்திய செயற்குழுக் கூட்டம் சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது. இந்தக் கூட்டத்தில், நமது அகில இந்திய பொதுச் செயலர் தோழர்.M.கிருஷ்ணன்  அவர்கள்  எதிர்வரும் 31.08.2014 அன்று அரசுப் பணி  நிறைவு பெறுவதால் , நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கத்தின் துணைப் பொதுச் செயலராக தற்போது பணியாற்றி வரும்   

தமிழகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த நமது அன்புக்குரிய 

தோழர். N .S .என்று  அனைவராலும் அன்போடு அழைக்கப் படும் 

தோழர். N . சுப்பிரமணியன் அவர்கள்  

நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கத்தின் பொறுப்புப்  பொதுச் செயலராக 

ஏகமனதாக அறிவிக்கப் பட்டார் என்பதை மகிழ்வுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம். திறமையானவர். அறிவாற்றல் மிக்கவர்.  நிச்சயம் இவரது காலத்தில்  நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கப் பணி  மேலும் மெருகேறும் என்பதில்  ஐயமில்லை. 

இவரது பணி  சிறக்க  நம் தமிழ் மாநில அஞ்சல் மூன்று சங்கத்தின் நெஞ்சார்ந்த வாழ்த்துக்களைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

NFPE - FEDERAL EXECUTIVE MEETING - ONGOLE (ANDHRA PRADESH) 21-08-2014

கடந்த 21.08.2014அன்று ஆந்திர மாநிலம் ஒங்கோல் நகரில் நடைபெற்ற நமது சம்மேளனத்தின் FEDERAL  EXECUTIVE  கூட்டத்தில்  , நமது சம்மேளன மா பொதுச் செயலர்  தோழர். M . கிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள்  31.08.2014 அன்று அரசுப் பணி  நிறைவு பெறுவதால் ,  

நமது சம்மேளனத்தின்  பொறுப்பு மாபொதுச்  செயலராக 

தோழர். R .N .பராசர், Asst. Sec. Genl.  NFPE அவர்கள்  

தேர்வு செய்யப் பட்டுள்ளார் என்பதை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம். அவரது பணி  சிறக்க தமிழ் மாநில அஞ்சல் மூன்று சங்கத்தின் வாழ்த்துக்கள் ! 

Some important decisions   taken during the  meeting :-

= All Confederation struggle programmes will be endorsed by the NFPE with larger participation and make them all grand success. 

= NFPE Diamond jubilee celebrations are scheduled in Dwaraka (Gujrat) on 23rd & 24th November 2014 & All Unions of NFPE, CWC meetings in Dwaraka is called for.

= "Parliament March" by Postal JCA will be conducted during 2nd week of December 2014 (date will be decided after consultation with FNPO)

= Next Federal Council Meeting due in June 2016 will be held in Assam Circle.

= Com.R.N.Parashar, Asst. General Secretary, NFPE will take the charge of Secretary General in place of Com.M.Krishnan, Secretary General on his superannuation on 31-08-2014 up to next Federal Council. 

= Com.R.Seethalakshmi, General Secretary, P-IV to take the charge of Deputy Secretary General as the post fallen vacant due to superannuation of Com.I.S.Dabas, Dy. Secretary General, NFPE & General Secretary, P4.

                   7வது சம்பள குழுவிற்கு JCM தேசிய குழுவின் தரப்பினால் வழங்கப்பட்ட பொது கோரிக்கை மனுவில் இடம் பெற்றுள்ள சிறப்பம்சங்கள் இங்கே தொடர்ச்சியாக வெளிவர இருக்கிறது ,தொடர்ந்து பாருங்கள் .நமது கோரிக்கையின்  தன்மையை /உண்மையை தெரிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள் 

1.தேவைக்கேற்ற குறைந்தபட்ச ஊதிய அளவையின் படி MTS ஊழியர்களின் ஊதியத்தை நிர்னயியக்கும் அளவை என்பது அடிப்படைஊதியம் + GRADE PAY X 3.7 அதாவது 5200+ 1800X 3.7 =26000  .ஆனால் அஞ்சல் MTS ஊழியர்களுக்கு தபால் காரர்களுக்கு ஆரம்ப ஊதியம்  2000 ஆக நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டு அவர்களுக்கு அடிப்படை சம்பளம்33000 ஆக நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்

2.தபால் காரர்களுக்கு ஆரம்ப ஊதியம்  2800 ஆக நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டு அவர்களுக்கு அடிப்படை சம்பளம் 46000 ஆக நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்
 .
3அஞ்சல் எழுத்தர்களுக்கு கல்வி தகுதி உயர்த்தப்பட்டு ஆரம்ப ஊதியம் பழைய ஊதியத்தில் 4200 ஆக மாற்றப்பட்டு புதிய ஊதியம் 56000 ஆக நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் .

4. LSG ஊழியர்களின் ஊதியம்  .     பழைய ஊதியத்தில் 4600 ஆக மாற்றப்பட்டு புதிய ஊதியம் 67000 ஆக நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் . 

5.HSG II  ஊழியர்களின் ஊதியம்  .     பழைய ஊதியத்தில் 4800 ஆக மாற்றப்பட்டு புதிய ஊதியம்74000 ஆக நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் . 

6.HSG I  ஊழியர்களின் ஊதியம்  .     பழைய ஊதியத்தில் 5400 ஆக மாற்றப்பட்டு புதிய ஊதியம்78000 ஆக நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் . 

7.POSTMASTER கே டேர் பதவிகளுக்கு PM GRADE 1 --670000
 PM GRADE 11 --74000
PM GRADE 111 --78000 ஊதியம் நிர்ணயம் செய்ய வேண்டும் 

குறைந்தபட்ச ஊதியம் GP 1800 --க்கு   26000
அதிகபட்ச ஊதியம் கேபினெட் செயலருக்கு ரூபாய் 2.40,000 என 1: 8 என்ற விகிதத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டும் .        NFPE NAMAKKAL.

Will the Minister of FINANCE be pleased to satate :-

(a) the present status of the 7th Pay Commission for the Central Government Employees;

(b) whether Government has finalized proposal to give Interim Relief; and

(c) if so, the quantum of relief?

ANSWER

  MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE (SMT. NIRMALA SITHARAMAN)

(a) : The 7th Central Pay Commission has already been set up vide Resolution dated 28th February, 2014. The Commission has started functioning

(b) & (c): No proposal for grant of Interim Relief to Central Government employees is at present under consideration of the Government.

NEW HSG-II & HSG-I RECRUITMENT RULES

NEW HSG-II & HSG-I RECRUITMENT RULES

   After publication of HSG II New Recruitment Rules (few months back) and HSG-I New Recruitment Rules (two days back) many officials are under the impression that the length of qualifying service in LSG & HSG-II for next promotion is changed for all officials as per the new Recruitment Rules. It is not so. In the HSG-II and HSG-I Recruitment Rules there is a clause which states that as far as the existing LSG & HSG II officials (as on date of publication of the new RRs) the length of service as per the old Recruitment Rules is enough for promotion of HSG II and HSG-I. The new length of service condition is applicable only to those officials who get promotion to LSG & HSG II after the notification of the new RRs. All Circle / Divisional Secretaries are requested to bring the above important clause to the notice of all concerned, so that eligible employees will not be denied promotion.

2. Earlier IP Line officials are posted against HSG-I Postmasters post on promotion as ASP. As per the new HSG-I Recruitment Rules all the HSG-I posts are earmarked for promotion to General lineHSG-II officials and there is no IP line posts in the HSG-I now. Circle Secretaries are requested to take up the case with chief PMGs to fill up all HSG-I posts (including IP line posts) by granting promotion to General line HSG-II officials with three years HSG-II service
